API updates: search books by Dewey Decimal and Library of Congress
classifications; retrieve author IDs and names.

API updates
There is a couple of new features in the books collection API:
- Search books by Dewey Decimal Classification -- 'dewey_decimal' index
- Search books by Library of Congress Classification -- 'lcc_number' index
- Retrieve author IDs and names using 'authors' results code, then use
'person_id' to do more look-ups in the authors collection API.
